Changes of Address Using Itella TYVI Pro Codes
You can submit your company's changes of address by logging in to the electronic service using Itella TYVI Pro codes. Itella TYVI Pro codes are subject to a fee. With the codes, an Itella TYVI Pro user can, with a single user ID, reach all TYVI notification recipients in the service, such as the National Board of Taxes, and pension insurance companies. The Itella TYVI Pro service also provides the opportunity for archiving and printing out previously submitted notifications and copying them as templates for new notifications.
If your company/organization already uses Itella TYVI Pro, you can submit a change of address by identifying yourself with the user ID and password in the login section found on the left side of the front page.
If your company/organization does not yet use Itella TYVI Pro, you can order new codes and sign a contract on the Itella TYVI Pro service by clicking "Order TYVI user ID" on the left side of the front page.
The Itella TYVI Pro service is subject to a fee, starting from EUR 23/month. By filling in the "Order TYVI user ID" form, you will receive the codes and a printed contract to sign. Once we have received your order, we will mail the contract template to the address you have given. When we have received the signed contract, we will activate codes for your company, and you will get access to the service.
Itella TYVI Pro codes are required to submit changes of address. Itella Lite TYVI codes or TYVI codes of other operators cannot be used to log in and change the company's address details electronically.
