In TYVI Pro You reach all the receivers that are available in the service. TYVI Pro offers many services suited for information reporters and it adapts to Finnish Tax Administrations changes swiftly.
TYVI Pro is the most comprehensive service meant for reporting information to officials - with it You can reach almost all TYVI Pro receivers, that take part in TYVI Pro services. Already over 120 000 companies information is reported via TYVI Pro.

The contract between the Customs and the Posti for the TYVI service on the Posti Messaging website expires on 31 May 2022. This means that the TYVI Lite (Suomi.fi) log in, using the digital form and using the correction form ends on 31 May 2022 for the TYVI Lite users.
From the first of June 2022:- The digital form is available on the Customs Intrastat Declaration Service https://asiointi.tulli.fi/asiointipalvelu/intrastat

Posti Messaging continues the TYVI service as Customs Intrastat operator only for the TYVI Pro users until 31 December 2022. Uploading a file into the TYVI service and making corrections will be possible on the TYVI service for TYVI Pro users until 31 December 2022.

The TYVI Pro ID is intended for professional use, such as for accounting agencies and in-house financial administration departments. By using an TYVI Pro ID, accounting agencies can handle the statutory declarations of all their client companies.
By using the TYVI Pro service, with one user ID and password you reach all the organizations in the TYVI Pro service that receive declarations.
If necessary, you can conduct business with different authorities directly from, for example, your bookkeeping or payroll application. Declarations can also be made from the TYVI Pro service by using the electronic forms that are always up-to-date.
The TYVI Pro service provides the possibility to archive, print, and copy the declarations filed earlier as the basis for a new declaration.
Amount of monthly fee depends on how many companies are reported under the used TYVI Pro username. The TYVI Pro username is activated automatically after the order has been submitted. Password for the service is selected by the person ordering the TYVI Pro in the order process.
All Posti Messaging Customer Service services are included in the TYVI Pro ID.
TYVI Lite is meant for reporting single company's statutory data to the Finnish Customs. TYVI Lite user ID is based on Suomi.fi identification, managed by Digital and Population Data Services Agency. Data is sent via electronic forms found in the TYVI service.
TYVI Lite user ID is free of charge. It is sufficient, that the reporter is able to use Suomi.fi identification and has necessary authorization to the reported company.
TYVI Lite user ID does not include Posti Messaging Customer Service services. Instructions on how to fill forms can be acquired directly from authorities.
