In TYVI Pro You reach all the receivers that are available in the service. TYVI Pro offers many services suited for information reporters and it adapts to Finnish Tax Administrations changes swiftly.
TYVI Pro is the most comprehensive service meant for reporting information to officials - with it You can reach almost all TYVI Pro receivers, that take part in TYVI Pro services. Already over 120 000 companies information is reported via TYVI Pro.
Changes in the market situation and an even faster rate of inflation increase our costs. The sharp rise in energy prices and especially material costs and the reduced availability of paper affect the pricing of Posti Messaging's services.
The price increases also apply to the Tyvi Pro service and will take effect from October 1, 2022.

- 08.12.2022 Renewal of Income Register certificate

Incomes Register certificate is valid for 2 years at a time. It must be renewed within 60 days before it expires. If the certificate expires sending of reports with the certificate will not be possible.
The certificate's technical contact person will receive an email about the expiration of the certificate 60 days in advance.
Renewal can be done on 'Income registry authorization' page with the 'Renew certificate' button after which the new certificate normally should be available within couple of minutes. However, in some situations the delay may be longer.
Please notice that only main user is able to renew the certificate. - 06.09.2022 Use of TYVI Pro for Intrastat declarations to be discontinued

The use of Posti’s TYVI Pro service for Intrastat declarations will be discontinued on 31 December 2022. New Intrastat declarations for 2023 can no longer be submitted through Posti’s TYVI Pro service after 1 January 2023.
As of 1 January 2023, Intrastat declarations for 2023 can only be sent through the Finnish Customs Intrastat Declaration Service or direct message exchange.
The Intrastat Declaration Service maintained by Finnish Customs can be used free of charge. In the service, you can complete a digital form or upload a fixed-format ASCII or CSV file. Read file descriptions and instructions on how to use the service on the Finnish Customs website. You need to log in through the Suomi.fi e-Identification service.
In direct message exchange, companies send XML messages to Finnish Customs. To send messages, companies require a certificate granted by the Digital and Population Data Services Agency. Read more about message exchange.
Intrastat declarations for 2022 submitted through the TYVI Pro service can be corrected until the middle of August 2023. If the TYVI Pro identifier is not valid after 31 December 2022 declarations can only be edited and corrected using the correction form available on the Finnish Customs website.
Note: Declarations for the 2022/12 statistical period can only be submitted in TYVI Pro in January 2023 (deadline 13 January 2023) if the TYVI Pro identifier is valid at the time.

The TYVI Pro ID is intended for professional use, such as for accounting agencies and in-house financial administration departments. By using an TYVI Pro ID, accounting agencies can handle the statutory declarations of all their client companies.
By using the TYVI Pro service, with one user ID and password you reach all the organizations in the TYVI Pro service that receive declarations.
If necessary, you can conduct business with different authorities directly from, for example, your bookkeeping or payroll application. Declarations can also be made from the TYVI Pro service by using the electronic forms that are always up-to-date.
The TYVI Pro service provides the possibility to archive, print, and copy the declarations filed earlier as the basis for a new declaration.
Amount of monthly fee depends on how many companies are reported under the used TYVI Pro username. The TYVI Pro username is activated automatically after the order has been submitted. Password for the service is selected by the person ordering the TYVI Pro in the order process.
All Posti Messaging Customer Service services are included in the TYVI Pro ID.
